God day! This is my second review that I'm leaving, since my last review. I went back to Stone Creek Dental follow-up because my stitches had come out before they were supposed to. Let me tell you that the afternoon crew is so awful! Customer service is definitely not their thing! I was asked to go back to the examination room before the assistant could come and get me. Then (check this out)! While I'm on the examination table, the assistant entered the room behind my back and never ever alerted me that she was in the room! Go Figure! I felt so unwelcomed by the whole staff! I refused to allow that doctor to stitch my mouth up at all! I felt so uncomfortable That I just walked out!! If this happens again I'm just going to refuse treatment, and find another dental office that will not discriminate against me because of my race. I know that's what it was because I had insurance and my bill was paid in full. I have the right to be treated with the respect that I deserve and give out!!

I am very thankful I found this dental office. Staff is professional and very sweet Mia is absolutely amazing and I like Dr Ferguson I may even like to go to the dentist now. Fees are reasonable. Thank you for a nice comfortable experience I highly recommend Stone creek dental

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. But within the last couple of years there’s been incidences that have really been a disappointment. It’s too much to put in a Google review I don’t want to do them dirty like that it’s just not what I do. All I can say is be careful taking advised work that needs to be done because in the end insurance won’t cover it. And billing has went off the charts lately. Idk if it’s new management or what. I just keep going there because it’s hard to find a good dentist or hygienist that does a good job. And for the most part the hygienist are very thorough. But even at that something just hasn’t been feeling right for a couple of years.

Never had such a good visit to the dentist. They talked to me and made sure I was comfortable. I had a root canal and I was worried it would hurt but honestly I barely felt a thing, and when I did they made sure I didn’t feel it after that. There was a problem with my scanning or something so the permanent crown was too big. Rather than compromising the integrity of the permanent crown they threw that one away and got me a brand new one free of charge, now I did have to wait a few weeks for a new one to come in, but I’d rather that then have a bad crown.

I had my first visit today for a cleaning and I had a wonderful experience. My dental hygienist was amazing. I told her I usually have anxiety at the dentist office but she made feel at ease and she was very professional. She did a great job and the dentist took his time and asked me questions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I definitely would recommend Stone Creek Dental to anyone needing a good dentist.
